The Holy Spirit is God’s person and power dwelling in the believer. Jesus promised to baptize his followers with the Holy Spirit. The Bible encourages us to be filled with the Spirit. Like all of God’s gifts, the Holy Spirit is given to those who ask, those who want what God has to offer.
